New Hire Gift
New hires will receive a special Welcome Kit filled with thoughtful items to help them get acclimated and feel right at home. This kit will be delivered directly to their personal home address within 90 days of starting. It’s a small token of our appreciation for joining the team! If for any reason you don’t receive your Welcome Kit within that timeframe, simply contact the Human Resources team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
OHM Bucks Program
Within 90 days of hire, new employees automatically receive a $100 credit voucher to be used at the OHM Storefront to purchase logo wear. All new hires, seasonal employees, interns, full and part-time are eligible for the OHM Bucks Program. To redeem your voucher, simply use your personalized 16-digit code at checkout. Any balance over $100 will require a credit card to complete the transaction. Vouchers expire on November 30th yearly.
Work Boot Assistance Program
Employees assigned to fieldwork are eligible for a $50 reimbursement to offset boot expenses. Purchased boots must meet the most current ASTM F2413 Standard for safety-toed PPE. Boots must protect from electrical shock, force trauma, cuts, and punctures and should be resistant to slips, impact, and compression. To be reimbursed, employees must submit an expense report along with a receipt and proof that the purchased boots adhere to the safety standard.

LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning is available to all OHM employees upon request based on open seats. The platform offers a diverse range of online courses taught by industry experts. Course offerings include major software programs, workplace skills (presentations, leadership, career development), and technical programs such as AutoCAD.
To request a seat, submit an HR Service Desk ticket on Spark (OHM’s company intranet) requesting access. Accounts must be activated within 7 days using the instructions emailed by LinkedIn Learning.
Awardco
Awardco is OHM Advisors’ recognition platform and is used to celebrate key employee milestones, provide praise for accomplishments, and support employees who champion the values of the firm. Employees who are recognized through Awardco can receive points which can then be redeemed for a variety of items including virtual prepaid cards, gift cards, Amazon purchases, tickets to events, and more.

Strengths Finder Assessment
The Strengths Finder assessment is a part of onboarding at OHM Advisors and is designed to help individuals identify, understand, and maximize their unique strengths. New hires will receive an invitation to take the assessment from [email protected] and should plan to complete it within their first two weeks. When you have completed your assessment, please share your results with your supervisor.
